We cordially invite you to the Liponyak Residential Park Open Days, which will be held on July 18th and 19th, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. This event is a great opportunity to learn more about our project and to see the completed buildings and the surroundings of the residential park.
The Liponyak Residential Park is a project by Németh-Fa Kft. It is a modern and stylish residential park located in Lenti, in a quiet and peaceful environment, directly on the banks of the Liponyak stream, adjacent to the forest. The residential park comprises 16 individually designed family homes, each built to the highest technical and aesthetic standards. Our eco-homes have excellent energy ratings and efficient heat pump systems and are constructed from natural materials, ensuring a sustainable and comfortable living environment for you and your family.
Program:
- 9:00–9:30 AM: Opening and project presentation
- 9:00 AM–4:00 PM: Continuous house tours with guided visits, expert consultations, and interactive discussions
